November 12-18 is IP Inclusive Week!

It’s an exciting week for the IP industry! November 12-18, is IP Inclusive Week where everyone in the IP industry is invited to do at least one thing, however small, to improve diversity and inclusion. In what ways do you encourage diversity in your space?

At Sherman Patent Search Group, we are proud to have team members of all backgrounds as part of our family. In fact, more than half of our talented team of IP professionals are women, and we are active members of organizations like Women in IP. Talent comes in all forms from all over - and we love bringing in a breadth of diverse experiences to grow our full slate of powerhouse IP experts.

It can be anything - from a coffee break to discuss and review your organization’s diversity and inclusion policies, to a larger event bringing in new ideas and inspiration from other firms in your region.
