Non-patent literature (NPL)

At Sherman Patent Search Group, we have a unique advantage over other patent search firms. We have unprecedented non-patent literature capabilities. Non-patent literature provides a wealth of information that is rarely utilized, due to lack of resources, time, or budget. This can prove pivotal and significant when dealing with invalidity and patentability matters. In addition to our vast in-house tools, our D.C. team also has easy access to the Library of Congress’s comprehensive search tools.
